Set a title and write a description

Add managers

  • Search for other accounts by typing names/emails to add additional exercise managers

Define Criteria

  • For the CHNRI exercise, you need to define criteria that your questions will be scored on:

  • You can select as many of these as you wish:

Only predefined criteria can be used at the moment - in the future you will be able to create your own scoring criteria

Define Scoring

  • Define how users will score the questions for each criteria
    • the default is yes/maybe/no which assigns values of 1/0.5/0 to as the scores

The following is not recommended procedure for the CHNRI method, where the previous scoring system is recommended to be used

  • As an example, you could, in theory, define agree/disagree scoring like so:

Invite participants and finalise

  • You can pre-invite people to join your exercise when creating the exercise

Edit your exercise

  • You will now see the exercise appear in your list of managed exercises
    • clicking the three dots will allow you to see what else you can do

Share your exercise

  • You can get a shareable link to email people to sign-up to the ideometics platform and join the exercise

Changing the exercise status

  • Initially you should set the status to "Submit Questions" this will allow people who have joined the exercise to submit questions
  • You can put the status as 'Pending' if you wish to stop people being able to submit questions
  • When you are ready, after having managed the questions, you can set the status to 'Scoring' to allow people to start to score this exercise

Manage your exercise

  • From the three-dot dropdown menu in the top-right of the exercise card, you'll be able to view the questions that have been submitted and manage them
